Mozu - Junmai Ginjo [720ml]

Mozu is a sake named after the name of Sakai, the town where the Rikyu Gura is located or the prefectural bird 'Mozu'. It is a Junmai Ginjyo sake made by Rikyugura, a local sake brewery i Sakai, Osaka, in preparation for the Osaka Expo. It has a mellow, banana-like aroma, a soft sweetness and a firm acidity. It is made with spring water from the Kongo Mountains and Yamadanosiki grown in Hyogo Prefecture. The box is from the Kongo Mountains and Yamadanishiki grown in Hyogo Prefecture.
