Are all products on your site 100% genuine?
Yes, absolutely. Every bottle of wine, spirit, or premium food item in our store is 100% authentic, tax-paid, and sourced directly via official international brand channels into Malaysia.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We ship across Peninsular (West) Malaysia using break-safe, air-inflated protective wrap.

Klang Valley (KL & Selangor): In-house fleet/courier, 3–5 working days, RM 10 base fee, free over RM 150

Other West Malaysia states: Courier, 3–5 working days, RM 20 base fee, free over RM 250

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Air cargo (liquid-safe handling), 5–9 working days, RM 40 base fee (weight-based), free shipping available for orders over RM 500

What happens if a bottle breaks during transit?
Don't worry, your delivery is 100% insured. We use specialized, secure packaging designed for glass bottles to prevent breakage.
If a bottle does arrive damaged, just snap a quick photo of it inside the box and WhatsApp or email us within 24 hours. We will immediately ship out a free replacement or send you a full refund—completely hassle-free.
2. Legal & Compliance
What are the legal restrictions for buying alcohol?
In strict compliance with Malaysian law, our alcohol portfolio is exclusively available to non-Muslim adults aged 21 and above. We do not sell or deliver alcohol to Malaysian Muslims or minors.
What should I do if a bottle arrives broken?
While breakages are rare due to our specialized packaging, they can happen. Take a clear photo or video of the damaged bottle inside the parcel and contact our support desk within 24 hours of receipt for a prompt replacement or refund.
