Wild Duck Creek Estate Mallard Riesling [750ml]

A textural dry Riesling full of citrus zest and cleansing natural acidity. A blend of two vineyards, the first at Spring Plains on Heathcote’s southernmost border, and Tooborac in the South-eastern border. Both cool sites bring a lengthening of ripening, and help to retain beautiful natural acidity.
