Tokiiro Niigata Craft Gin [700ml]

Tokiiro Niigata Japanese Craft Gin is produced by Shinobu Distillery in Niigata. Niigata is a major city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan. The word 'Shinobu' means indulgence in Japanese. The base ingredients for this gin are fresh citrus varieties that marry a classic combination of commonly used botanicals like juniper and coriander.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Bright red.
Botanicals: juniper, coriander, orange peel, yuzu, Japanese pepper and angelica root.
Nose: Spicy, fruity, juniper, notes of orange peel, yuzu and Japanese pepper.
Taste: Full-bodied, spicy, fruity, coriander, notes of angelica root and juniper.
Finish: Long lasting.
